37,243,038 UAH Donated by the Bayer Company Will Go Towards the Renovating a Healthcare Facility and Purchasing Medical Equipment

37,243,038 UAH donated by the Bayer Company will go towards the restoration of the Chernihiv Medical Center of Modern Oncology, and the Purchase of Equipment for the Institute of Neurosurgery in Kyiv.

In December, Bayer donated 1,300,000 euros via UNITED24 to restore and equip medical facilities in Ukraine.

Part of these funds — 26,784,628 UAH — will be used for repairs of the Chernihiv Medical Center of Modern Oncology, which was damaged by russian shelling.

Another 10,458,410 UAH will be used to purchase equipment for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients at the Romodanov Neurosurgery Institute. The Ministry of Health of Ukraine plans to purchase devices that will help the wounded get back on their feet: rehabilitation simulators and exercise bikes.
