That’s exactly why we launched UNITED24, the official fundraising platform of Ukraine
to unite the world around supporting Ukraine; to protect, save and rebuild
The platform allows one-click donations to Ukraine from anywhere. Why is this so important? Because Ukraine itself knows best what is needed and can deliver aid directly.
No one was ready for a full-scale war in the heart of Europe. Charitable foundations, no matter how well-organized, cannot meet the needs of a country as large as Ukraine. We can, however, do it together.
UNITED24 is designed for collaboration with charities, partners, donors, and public figures worldwide.
Our goal is to establish an efficient work process that brings Ukraine’s victory closer.

Donors choose 1 of 5 directions of support, deciding where their funds will be distributed: Defence, Humanitarian Demining, Medical Aid, Rebuild Ukraine or Education and Science

100% of the funds are transferred to the official accounts of the National Bank of Ukraine, then assigned to relevant ministries: the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Healthcare, the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development, the Ministry of Economy, and the Ministry of Education and Science. The funds from different accounts are never mixed, and can only be spent in the direction specified by the donor.

Transparency and effectiveness are two fundamental indicators of UNITED24’s performance. That’s why reports on the funds raised and spent (if there are expenditures to report) are updated weekly. Deloitte Ukraine, part of Deloitte’s global accounting network, one of the Big Four Accounting Firms, assured the compliance with the requirements of the Procedure in respect of using the funds coming to the accounts for attracting voluntary contributions (charitable donations) in support of Ukraine «United24» (hereinafter, 'the Procedure') for the period from platform initiation till 31 December 2022. Assurance engagements as to the compliance with the Procedure regarding subsequent periods are conducted on semi-annual basis.
UNITED24 has direct access to relevant information about the needs of Ukraine, so donations are used to cover the most pressing needs.
International funds take a 20% commission from the funds raised to cover their operational expenses. 100% of funds raised via UNITED24, however, are transferred directly to the National Bank of Ukraine, and used directly on aid. Each and every dollar is used as intended.
