12 four-wheel drive ambulances were sent to five oblasts of Ukraine: Dnipropetrovsk, Volyn, Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk and Sumy

"We received two four-wheel-drive ambulances, which have the necessary resuscitation equipment. They will work in border towns and cities. Where the road surface is broken or damaged, four-wheel drive vehicles are significant,"

said Volodymyr Turchyn, Chief Paramedic at the Center for Emergency Medical Aid and Disaster Medicine.

To date, 176 ambulances have been funded during these last 11 months of UNITED24 activity. Each of them saves lives on a daily basis.
