On January 12, 2023, UNITED24's Rebuild Ukraine program was presented in Irpin. In its first stage, 18 structures in Kyiv Oblast will  be restored. These buildings are located in Irpin, Borodyanka, Hostomel, as well as Buzove and Mila in the Dmytrivska territorial community. Thanks to this, 4,237 Ukrainians will be able to return to their homes.

719,000,000 UAH is required to restore these apartment complexes. Thanks to UNITED24 donors from 110 countries, over 504,000,000 UAH has already been raised. Additionally, the restoration will be partially funded from both the state budget and residential contributions.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, together with the Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development, Oleksandr Kubrakov, and the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, inspected one of the buildings in Irpin, on Kyivska Street, as well as the Champion city stadium. At the stadium, they were met by the legendary Ukrainian football player and UNITED24 ambassador, Andriy Shevchenko. It was he who undertook the restoration of the Champion Stadium, which was destroyed by russian shelling.

With the support of regional and local authorities, alongside the residents themselves, the reconstruction process has already begun.

"russia has caused huge losses to our country, amounting to hundreds of billions of dollars. The Ukrainian reconstruction program will be the largest rebuilding project since the Second World War. We already know what the 4 key sources of funding for reconstruction projects will be this year: confiscated russian assets, state budget funds, funds from international partners and funds from donors raised via the UNITED24 platform. We are grateful to everyone who contributes to the reconstruction of our country" — Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal.

"We are building national fundraisers from scratch. Over the last 8 months, UNITED24 has united the whole world to help Ukraine. Dozens of international companies, ambassadors, and private donors have joined the Rebuild Ukraine initiative. For example, the funds to rebuild one apartment complex were provided by our partner, Balenciaga fashion house. Oleksandr Usyk overtook the restoration of another house. Lithuania has provided us with enormous aid. We thank everyone who donates towards our victory and the rebuilding of Ukraine" — Mykhailo Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation.

The first homes to be rebuilt were chosen by a special interdepartmental commission, while the formal request was issued by the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

"Over 27 thousand buildings in the Kyiv region have been damaged as a result of russia's invasion, with the majority of them being residential housing. First and foremost, the funds collected via UNITED24 will be put towards restoring partially damaged apartment buildings, so that more people can return to their homes as soon as possible" — Oleksandr Kubrakov, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine - Minister for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine.

The presentation was also attended by UNITED24 ambassador Andriy Shevchenko. Earlier, in autumn 2022, the legendary football player organized a crowdfunding initiative aimed at restoring the Champion Stadium in Irpin, which was destroyed by russian shelling. The ambassador has already engaged his former football club, AC Milan, in the fundraiser, who donated 150,000 euros, as well as the Shakhtar FC, who transferred 100,000 euros. In February, a charity event will be held in Milan under the patronage of the Armani brand, in order to raise funds for the stadium.
