UNITED24 and Glovo are launching a second fundraiser for logistics robots that deliver where couriers can't

The goal is to raise funds for TerMIT robotic platforms. These are universal logistics robots that deliver water, provisions, and medical supplies. They can evacuate wounded, and install additional EW and remote video surveillance devices. TerMITs have a crawler track and high ground clearance (280 mm), which increases passability over rough terrain. They can transport up to 300 kg оf cargo at a speed of up to 9 km/h.

The cost of one platform is 420,000 UAH excluding VAT. Glovo has already fully covered the cost of 6 robots. 

Anyone can join the fundraiser between October 28 and November 11. To do this, the company has created a separate section on the app's home screen, highlighting all participating  establishments. Users of the Glovo app can place orders from restaurants and shops that have joined the initiative. 5 UAH from each order will be transferred towards purchasing TerMIT robots.

Users  in 30 cities of Ukraine can place orders and help raise funds. In addition, during this period, anyone can join the initiative as a partner or donate directly in the app to support the project.

Step-by-step instructions on how to join the fundraiser:

1. Log in to the Glovo app from October 28 to November 11.

2. Look at the Fundraiser For Robots section.

3. Choose shops, restaurants and other partner establishments from the list: for each of your orders, they will transfer 5 hryvnias towards logistics robots.

In July 2024,  Glovo and UNITED24 held their first joint project, fundraising VOLYA-E radio-controlled robotic platforms. Then, Glovo made a personal contribution of 4,205,000 UAH. In total, together with Glovo clients, we managed to raise funds for 18 VOLYA-E robots, worth 265,000 UAH each.
