A UNITED24 flag, signed by Volodymyr Zelenskyy, now flies on the highest point in North America

"This year, only 29% of ascents to the top of the mountain were successful; less than on Everest. Only our team reached the highest, fifth camp. The other 60 climbers turned back due to heavy snowfall and risk of avalanche. But, despite the difficult conditions, we did it! This ascent united climbers from all over Ukraine: Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Kharkiv. During the hardest moments, we were all inspired by our mission to raise the flag on the top of Denali," Sipavin said.
