In September 2024, I took part in the world’s largest half marathon—the Great North Run—running 21 kilometers from Newcastle (UK) to the coast in South Shields with a 10-kilogram backpack.

I managed to raise $314 to support Ukraine. I transferred the funds through UNITED24 to the medical aid and reconstruction directions.

I can’t imagine the pain Ukrainians feel every day because of the evil Russia has brought. I look forward to the chance to visit Ukraine. Until then, I will keep supporting UNITED24, writing to our leaders, and praying for you every day.
