2 Buses Have Already Been Delivered to Schools With Support From Ukraine House and Kalorama Connects

School buses, purchased with support from Ukraine House, Kalorama Connects, and UNITED24 donors, have already been delivered to schools in the Zaporizhzhia region.

Thanks to a charity event held in Washington, D.C. last year, $107,928 was raised via UNITED24. These funds were used to purchase 2 school buses. In the Novooleksandrivka and Kushuhum communities, hundreds of pupils now have a more comfortable and safer way to get to school. 

For many of them, this is their only chance to attend school in person. A normal school life is so important for children today.
