Over 120,000 UAH Raised for Humanitarian Demining Through the Soul of Soil Campaign

This spring, as part of the Soul of Soil: Dishes from Demined Fields campaign, 12 Kyiv restaurants served dishes made with ingredients grown on demined farmland in the Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Sumy regions.

The initiative was launched ahead of the International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, together with UNDP, FAO, the Government of the Netherlands, and other partners.

Throughout the campaign, visitors to participating restaurants purchased 1,496 dishes. A portion of the proceeds, more than 120,000 UAH, was donated to the Humanitarian Demining program via UNITED24.
