Oleksandr Bondarev, the First Ukrainian in History to Win a Formula Regional Race, Joins UNITED24's New Sports Development Fundraiser

September 7, 2026, Imola, Italy. Oleksandr, a Ukrainian racing driver and Williams Formula 1 team academy driver, won a race in the Formula Regional European Championship, becoming the first Ukrainian to win at this level. It's the beginning of a new path for Ukrainian youth in world sports. And a chance to support a new generation who, despite the war, dream, fight, and also want to win.

Since 2022, russia has been systematically destroying the places where future champions are born — over 925 sports facilities have been damaged or destroyed. Thousands of Ukrainian children have been left without spaces to train.

That's why Oleksandr, together with UNITED24, is launching a raffle to support the Sports Development program — to give a new generation of Ukrainians a chance to dream, train, and become firsts.
