UNITED24 June Report: over 200 million UAH raised by the Lifeboat for Ukraine campaign, plus new ambassadors and completed fundraisers

In June, new ambassadors joined UNITED24: American actor Misha Collins and Ukrainian football player Oleksandr Zinchenko. Collins visited Chernihiv Oblast and met with Ukrainian deminers. After that, he opened a fundraiser for pyrotechnic vehicles. Zinchenko presented the idea of a match in support of Ukraine to President Zelenskyy, which will be held in London on August 5, 2023, uniting  world football legends and current star players at Stamford Bridge. The team captains will be Oleksandr Zinchenko, and the first ambassador of the platform, Andriy Shevchenko. The goal of the match is to raise funds for the reconstruction of the Mykhailo-Kotsiubynsky School in Chernihiv Oblast.

Despite the flooding in the south, the State Special Transport Service managed to rebuild and open three more bridges in Mykolaiv Oblast. This was funded by donations from UNITED24 donors, as well as the partner of the platform, AWT Bavaria - the official representative of BMW in Ukraine. All of the bridges in the Mykolaiv and Kherson Oblasts, erected earlier, are still standing, despite being underwater for ten days as a result of the explosion at Kakhovka HPP. In total, 15 bridges in de-occupied territories have been rebuilt with the help of UNITED24 donors.

The WOG gas station chain and the UNITED24 fundraising platform have launched the 'Rescuing Our People, Wherever They Are' project. The goal is to raise funds to procure Bohun-2 all-terrain rescue vehicles.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian military received new drone reinforcements — more than 500 UAVs were sent to the front.

In addition, UNITED24 completed the first fundraiser under the "Education and Science" direction of support in June: $1,250,000 was accumulated to restore the destroyed school in Buzova village. After reconstruction, 452 children will be able to regain some normality in everyday life, and resume their education.
