200,000 AU$ has been raised towards rebuilding a school in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, during a charity event in Sydney

On October 11, 2022, a russian missile destroyed the Velykokostromska school, which was the village’s only educational institution and cultural center. Over $1,500,000 is needed for its restoration.

The funds raised in Australia is the first step to help 250 children come back to their classrooms. Thank you to the event organizers, the Embassy of Ukraine in Australia and Ambassador of Ukraine to Australia and New Zealand Vasyl Myroshnychenko, the Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations, Future Ukraine Fund, Kateryna Argyrou, and Stefan Romaniw.
