United States of America

Since the beginning of the war, my heart breaks every day when I see the suffering of Ukrainians. I am so angry about all the war crimes Russia is committing and how the world isn't doing enough to stop it.

I try to regularly send funds to support Ukraine, although my contribution is small. I am a single mother. My first child, Anjuli, died of brain cancer at the age of 4. My second child, Emily, has a developmental brain defect. She had to undergo surgery when she was 2. Now, my daughter is 16 years old, she is a star student and an actor in the school theater troupe. As for me, I live with multiple sclerosis, but I don't let the disease define me.

When my daughter comes of age, I hope to come to Ukraine and help you in any way I can. I would like to participate in the reconstruction of schools or children's centers. I could help parents who lost their children during the war because I went through it myself. I am currently studying Ukrainian and practicing every night to be more useful when I come to Ukraine.

I pray for you and hope for a speedy victory and peace in Ukraine.

Glory to Ukraine!
