Hello, dear Ukrainians. I’m sharing a photo of myself wearing a vyshyvanka from the joint UNITED24 x ETNODIM project. I won it after donating to rebuild a school. The same one is worn by the platform’s ambassador, Professor Timothy Snyder.

I have visited Ukraine several times. The winter of 2013–2014 and the Revolution of Dignity became a turning point in my relationship with Ukraine. The events of Euromaidan resonated with every freedom-loving person around the world—including me. The perseverance and daily struggle of the Ukrainian people for freedom, democracy, and European values have been a great inspiration to me. I hope my next trip to Ukraine will happen in the coming months so I can express my support to everyone in person. I will definitely wear the vyshyvanka I received from UNITED24.
